Meet the Staff

Jackson Orthopaedic Foundation has a great team dedicated in helping you with your orthopaedic needs.

Aya Chow
Research and Education Manager
Aya first joined the Jackson Orthopaedic Foundation in December 2001 and has since returned after a brief period away. A graduate from the University of California, Davis, Aya enjoys the focuses on research, education, patient outreach, and administration.

Melinda Carson
Community Volunteer
Mindy is a retired school teacher who underwent a total hip replacement surgery a few years ago. Her good experience with Dr. Reynolds has lead her to volunteer at the Jackson Orthopaedic Foundation as a teacher for Joint School.
